This session will explore the impact of the circular economy to respond to global concerns over the increasing frequency and duration of life-and livelihood-threatening climate change events in local communities, including floods, water scarcity, thunderstorms, and droughts. Examples include but are not limited to reusing, refurbishing, reducing, and recycling existing materials and products, and regenerating ecosystems and traditional culture.
