Critical work on environmental justice has flourished in recent years. Scholars have examined these conversations within broader structural forces and calls for action (Pulido, 2015; 2017; 2018). This session seeks participants attentive to environmental justice and the central role of racial formations in the creation of uneven spaces of harm and well-being. In particular, we ask, what does it mean for you to do geographies of environmental justice through the lens of Latinidades? And broadly, what is Latinx geographies of environmental justice?
