2024 Annual Meeting Session Types and Modalities

This year, AAG will allow all in-person session organizers the option to hold streamed or hybrid sessions, with the option to record. Organizers who submit a streamed or hybrid session will be responsible for the technical arrangements for their session, including a laptop that can accommodate Zoom hosting and streaming of the session. If you choose this option, please confirm that you and your presenters understand the technical limitations that might occur during these sessions.

Session organizers who submit streamed/hybrid sessions will be able to indicate their interest in having their session be recorded, streamed and available to view by registered attendees. Recorded sessions will be available to stream for 90 days after the meeting.
