Abstract
Training and REtaining Leaders In STEM-Geospatial Sciences (TRELIS) is the first cohort-based initiative proposed to support academic women faculty in GIS. Launched with funding from the National Science Foundation and with support from the University Consortium for Geographic Information Science, TRELIS leaders developed workshops to engage four cohorts in 2018, 2019, 2020 and 2022. The TRELIS project has successfully concluded. The goal of this event is to bring participants from all four cohorts to share and reflect on their experiences as TRELIS Fellows. This event is open to all TRELIS fellows and allies.
