Abstract
With the rise of digital twin technology and the digitization of societal infrastructure, there's an increasing interest in leveraging 3D geographic spatial models for advanced disaster management services. In our research, we developed a geographical digital twin for an underground utility tunnel and identified spatial objects using image sensors. Our distinctive algorithm categorically breaks down the tunnel's structure into points, lines, and planes, while employing LiDAR technology for geographic object recognition. Our primary findings encompass: the creation of the geographic digital twin, the establishment of a method to extract spatial objects, and the refinement of object classification through image sensor segmentation.
