The AAG accepts all submitted abstracts for presentation.
Each registrant may only submit one abstract, and serve as a panelist once, or if not submitting an abstract, serve as a panelist twice. 

Please note that AAG has changed the submission process this year: 

• Paper presenters and panelists will submit through the submissions portal. You do not need to be assigned to a session to submit an abstract, but all panelists must have previously agreed to serve on a specific panel. 

• Abstract submissions that are not assigned to a session by December 17 will convert to poster presentations. 

• Session submissions will remain the same as in previous years. 

Abstract submissions may be made through October 15, 2026
Panelist submissions may be made through December 17, 2026
Sessions may be submitted through November 5, 2026
Abstracts and sessions may be edited through December 17, 2026
