Research on The Classification of Rural Group Types from The Perspective of Cultural Ecology——A Case Study of Traditional Villages in Anyang, Henan Province

Abstract

At present, the rural ecological environment in China has been seriously damaged due to the disorderly expansion of cities and towns. It is particularly important to protect the rural cultural ecology. Based on the analysis of the natural base, economic base and spatial environment in the countryside, this paper constructs a rural cultural ecological model with the help of the concepts of "patch-corridor-matrix" and "cell, chain and shape" in ecology. Taking 6 villages in Anyang, China as an example, different types of village groups are divided. The research results show that: using the grey relational analysis method to quantify the correlation degree of cultural and ecological factors, the influence degree of cultural clusters, cultural chains and cultural clusters on villages can be obtained. There are three types of village groups: the developmental village group for the tourism industry and the rural group based on local folk customs, history and culture. The innovation of this research is to construct a "cultural cluster-cultural chain-cultural cluster" model with the help of cultural ecology, and use the grey relational analysis method to divide the types of rural groups. In order to provide reference for the division of rural groups in other regions of China.
