Abstract
Research has shown that there is a strong correlation between having a disability and low educational attainment as well as low income. By utilizing data from the 2018 five year American Community Survey this research examines this relationship in order to establish where it exists and the strength of the relationship. It is hoped that the current research could be used to forecast where limited resources need to be made available both at the state and county level.
